We accept payment through VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We can ship using a major U.S. parcel carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS which provide tracking numbers. We can ship to any address in USA except for Iowa, Idaho, South Dakota or Maine due to state CBD Laws.
Delivery Method and Timing
We strive to have all orders fulfilled within 24 hours. We ship all products via Ground.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
If you have purchased a single Grind product to try, and you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return that product for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The Customer is responsible for return product shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are not happy with your purchase and need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you order multiple products, we can only accept returns and process refunds for unopened/unused items. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return/refund is a result of our mistake.
You should expect to receive a your refund refund check within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to cut and deliver a refund check. (5 to 10 business days).
